REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

If the book is not right for you, we will take it back.

30 Day Window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or a refund. After 30 days we are not able to accept a return.

Condition

Books must be in resalable condition. Normal reading is fine. Water damage, torn pages, or writing inside the book cannot be accepted.

How To Start A Return

Email Support@callmefirstshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions within one business day.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We cover shipping on the way out to you, and we cover it again if the mistake was ours.

Damaged Or Wrong Item

If your book arrives damaged, or if we sent you the wrong item, we replace it at no cost to you and you do not need to send the original back. Email us a photo and we will handle it.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few days beyond that to post it.

Digital Products And Live Programs

Digital downloads are not refundable once the file has been delivered.

Seats in live programs and cohorts are not refundable once the program has started, because the seat count is limited and holding a seat takes it away from another man. Before a program starts, contact us and we will work with you.
