SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping

Shipping is free on every book order inside the United States. The price you see is the price you pay.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday go out the next business day.

Delivery Time

Books ship USPS Media Mail. Most orders arrive within 3 to 8 business days after they leave us. Media Mail is slower than Priority, and it is what keeps shipping free for you.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you do not see it, check your spam folder before writing to us.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US, email Support@callmefirstshop.com and we will tell you what is possible.

Wrong Address

If an order comes back to us because the address was incorrect, we will reach out to confirm the correct address. Reshipping is free the first time.

Lost Or Delayed Packages

If tracking has not moved in 10 business days, email Support@callmefirstshop.com with your order number. We will either locate it or send you another copy.
